This year we will launch our flag ship project BrighterFutures4Africa with our first event in Ghana focusing on recruitment and talent management; providing afantastic resource for local job seekers to find jobs across sectors.
We understand that before Africa can compete effectively in the global market, it needs to develop its infrastructures and its human capital to play a key role in its success.
With this project our aim is to bring decision makers of companies in Africa to identify how HR, educational institutions, the government and the private sector in Africa can develop a skilled workforce that can compete globally and help local people secure better paid jobs to improve their livelihood.
This year we will also expand our beyond the books programme to other boroughs to provide employability workshops to young people in deprived areas of London following our successful pilot in Hackney.

We are pleased to be a partner of Growing Ambitions (growingambitions.org) – the UK’s unique, online database of careers speakers for education.
It overall objective is to give young people great career ideas and give them face-to-face insight into what different jobs entail- a genuine and real work-related learning experience.
