We assist you to use your Human Resources to accomplish your mission

HR is largely a back-office function, perhaps the connection between how its work affects the front-line work of charities is a little harder to prove. However, HR can directly contribute to your charity's community project work or campaigns if you invest in a strong HR function.

The issue for the third sector is that they have limited resources, recruitment is expensive and they can’t afford to have a big churn of staff. It’s a waste of precious resources. But they need to recruit and keep good staff in place.

As many of these staff are likely to be volunteers or paid not very much, it is vital that they are managed and treated as well as possible. We train and develop managers to manage effectively to get the best performance from staff.

We are known for:

  • making the organisation run better by aligning people with mission objectives
  • our impact in delivering the right training and development for managers to manage effectively so they can direct staff, this reaps rewards for the organisation’s front-line work
  • making sure the relationship between the back-office and front-line activities are as good as it can be
  • experts for the third sector.

How can we help?
